Prepare the healthiest and most delicious salad with black eyed peas, broccoli, tomato and herbs. Accompany it with a glass of Playia White Dry wine from Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades to enjoy its flavours and aromas to the maximum!


  • 250 gr. boiled black eyed peas
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 medium head of broccoli
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp. fresh parsley


  1. Wash the broccoli well, divide it into small florets and boil it in lightly salted water for 5-7 minutes (be careful not to over-boil).
  2. In a saucepan with boiling water, add the beans and let them cook for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Drain and leave to cool. Put them in a salad bowl.
  4. Add the onion, tomato, pepper and broccoli florets.
  5. Mix the oil and vinegar with salt and pepper, pour over the salad and stir. Sprinkle with plenty of parsley.
  6. Enjoy with a glass of Playia White Dry wine by Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades.
