Simple and delicious, this chicken breast with fresh rosemary doesn’t leave room for complaints! Try it for lunch or dinner and don’t forget to accompany it with a glass of Playiá White Dry by Oenou Yi-Ktima Vassiliades!


  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • ½ a kilo of chicken breasts
  • 1 glass of Playiá White Dry
  • 1 tbsp. Forest Honey Oenou Yi-Ktima Vassiliades
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • ½ cup vegetable broth
  • 2-3 fresh springs of rosemary


  1. Put the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place it in the pan to brown all over.
  3. Once the chicken breasts are about half baked, pour the white wine and wait for it to evaporate.
  4. Add the honey, mustard, vegetable broth and the rosemary.
  5. Lower the heat and let the sauce simmer and set.
  6. Serve next to a glass of Playiá White Dry by Oenou Yi-Ktima Vassiliades.
