Prepare this easy recipe any day of the week for an effortless and enjoyable lunch or dinner, and take advantage of the properties of ‘Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades’ fir honey!


  • 500 gr. chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 100 gr. ‘Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades’ fir honey
  • 150 gr. soy sauce
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1 tsp. red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp. sesame
  • salt & pepper
  • olive oil

For serving:

  • steamed rice
  • scallions
  • sesame


  1. In a large non-stick pan, heat the olive oil over high heat.
  2. Add the chicken, onions, ginger, red chili flakes, sesame seeds, salt and pepper and sauté until well browned.
  3. Lower the heat and slowly add the soy sauce and ‘Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades’ fir honey to the pan.
  4. Cook until the sauce sets.
  5. Serve with steamed rice and garnish with spring onion and raw sesame.
