On Sunday mornings dedicate some time to take care of your loved ones. Prepare some delicious crêpes accompanied by the preservative-free hawthorn jam from Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades. *


  • 300 gr. flour
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 350 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsps olive oil


  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixer and mix well.
  2. Put a non-stick pan on low heat.
  3. With a serving spoon, scoop a dose of the mixture in the pan.
  4. Let each side cook for a few minutes, and then turn it over.
  5. Serve with hawthorn jam by Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades!
