Cook this fried pork and discover the twist that “Oenou Yi” Zivania adds to the recipe. Quick to make, easy and delicious. What else is there to ask for?


  • 450 gr. pork neck steak
  • 450 gr. pancetta
  • 4 shots “Oenou Yi” Zivania
  • 2 shots of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 red peppers, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper


  1. Cut the pork neck and the pancetta into very small pieces.
  2. Heat a large non-stick pan over high heat and add the olive oil.
  3. Sauté the meat over very high heat, stirring often until well cooked.
  4. When the pork is half cooked, add the red pepper.
  5. When the meat is cooked, add the zivania.
  6. Add the balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Let the food boil for 2 minutes, garnish with coriander and serve alongside a frozen bottle of “Oenou Yi” Zivania.
