To get things started for your Valentine’s dinner, we recommend a green bean, tomato and feta cheese salad. It’s a refreshing recipe that pairs perfectly with the elegant and bright Playia Rosé Dry. It has a fine light pink colour and delicate aromas.


For the dressing:

  • 50 ml. balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • 3 tbsps olive oil

For the salad:

  • 500 gr. green beans
  • 80 gr. feta cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes

To serve:

  • sesame seeds
  • red pepper flakes


For the dressing:

  1. Put the balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Slowly add the olive oil and oregano and mix to form a dressing.

For the salad:

  1. Add the green beans with some salt to a pot with boiling water and let cook for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Strain the beans, add them to the bowl with the dressing and mix them.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into strips and add them to the bowl with the dressing and the beans.
  4. Add the feta cheese cut into pieces or a whole piece if you prefer and sprinkle with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
  5. Enjoy your appetizer with a bottle of Playia Rosé Dry by Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades!
