Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades will participate in the professional catering exhibition in Cyprus, from 5 to 7 November at the Cyprus State Fair in Nicosia!

HORECA-Gastronomia Expo has been held on a bi-annual basis in Cyprus since 1995, bringing together professionals from the hotel and wider tourism industry, as well as professionals from the food industry and in the field of mass catering.

The purpose of the exhibition is to bring professionals from all these industries in direct contact with companies that cover the full range of products and services related to the equipment and catering of hotel units and public catering facilities. At the same time, within the framework of the exhibition, various subject-related events are organised, such as professional cook teams competitions, Street Food, ‘The cuisine of yesterday and today’, wine tasting, traditional Cypriot products tasting etc.

The exhibition is open to the general public, who has the opportunity to come in direct contact with professional Chefs, members of the S.A.K. and to get to know the people, who maintain the name of our country high in the index of the culinary arts.
