  • 1 pack of pappardelle pasta
  • 650 gr. of sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 250 gr. of whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley


  1. Heat the olive oil in a deep-frying pan over medium heat. Then, add the mushrooms and garlic and cook for about 8-10 minutes until the mushrooms soften.
  2. In another bowl, mix the cream, pepper and salt and pour the mixture into the pan.
  3. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. According to the package instructions, boil the pasta, strain, and mix them with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley and coarse pepper and serve immediately. Don’t forget to enjoy this delicious dish with a glass of White Melody by Oenou Yi-Ktima Vassiliades!
