Bake this past flora filled with Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades plum jam for a delicious homemade sweet treat!


  • 250 gr. flour
  • 60 gr. sugar
  • 1 vanilla sachet
  • 10 gr. salt
  • 125 gr. butter
  • zest from half a lemon
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 egg
  • 500 gr. plum jam Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades


  1. In a mixer add the flour, sugar, salt, vanilla and lemon zest and mix well.
  2. Add the eggs and continue to mix until the mixture is homogenised.
  3. Remove the dough from the mixer and knead it well. Remove 200 gr. of dough and refrigerate.
  4. Grease a tart plate and then spread the rest of the dough on the entire surface to form the base.
  5. Fill the tart with Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades plum jam.
  6. Use the refrigerated dough to form long narrow strips to decorate the top of the pie.
  7. Bake the past flora in the oven at 165oC for about 45 minutes.
  8. Let it cool completely before serving and enjoy!
