Xinisteri Malaga – 2019

Xinisteri-Malaga, the new wine of Oenou Yi-Ktima Vassiliades, is dedicated to the famous pipillα (lace) of Omodos, born out of the souls and fingertips of the women of the village. It is a white medium-sweet wine, born out of two indigenous varieties; the emblematic Xinisteri and the precious Malaga.

Xinisteri-Malaga is bright and crystalline, with elegant aromas of orange honey, acacia blossom and lemon zest. In the palate there is a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. The aftertaste is long and complex.
