Stuffed biscuits are always around on afternoon tea parties and gatherings. Prepare these delicious homemade biscuits stuffed with plum jam by Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades to offer your family and friends and you won’t be disappointed!
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 cup butter
- 3 vanilla sachets
- 100 gr. powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 500 gr. plum jam Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades
Preparation:
- Add the flour, butter, vanillas, sugar and egg in a mixer and blend until well combined.
- Put the dough on a baking paper, cover with another baking paper on top and roll it out.
- With a mold, cut round pieces for the base of the biscuits and round ones with a hole in the middle for the top of the biscuits.
- Bake them at 200oC for about 15 minutes, take out of the oven and let cool completely.
- Add a layer of plum jam by Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades on the biscuits’ bases and then cover them with the piece with the hole. You are now ready to enjoy them!
