Stuffed biscuits are always around on afternoon tea parties and gatherings. Prepare these delicious homemade biscuits stuffed with plum jam by Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades to offer your family and friends and you won’t be disappointed!


  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 vanilla sachets
  • 100 gr. powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 500 gr. plum jam Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades


  1. Add the flour, butter, vanillas, sugar and egg in a mixer and blend until well combined.
  2. Put the dough on a baking paper, cover with another baking paper on top and roll it out.
  3. With a mold, cut round pieces for the base of the biscuits and round ones with a hole in the middle for the top of the biscuits.
  4. Bake them at 200oC for about 15 minutes, take out of the oven and let cool completely.
  5. Add a layer of plum jam by Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades on the biscuits’ bases and then cover them with the piece with the hole. You are now ready to enjoy them!
